The Rocky Royale is a community event that celebrates Sport Climbing and offers something for everyone – a grand night of fun competition with a range of climbs for all abilities.
A unique event with a scramble format for route-climbing – there will be 18 routes to test yourself against, in a range of difficulties, with points awarded for every quickdraw that you reach. Collect the most points in 2.5 hours of climbing and bring home the Golden Quickdraw.
Sign-up in pairs – compete individually – take turns squiring (belaying) for each other – individuals within a pair can sign up for separate categories.
18 total routes to choose from – 6 beginner graded, 6 intermediate graded, and 6 open graded. Climbers in any cateogry may climb on any routes to collect points.
