For an in depth lesson, our regular beginner lesson is just the thing! An introductory lesson into the basics of climbing. With 2 hours of instruction and supervised climbing, we will have
you leaving with the confidence and knowledge of all basic skills to top-rope climb and belay.
All equipment and belay test included.

Using proper technique when climbing is very important. In this 'Building the Basics' program you
will learn to recognize where, how and why to apply various climbing techniques in different
situations on the wall. You will develop skills such as resting on the wall, back stepping,
foot placements and body positioning.

The next step up in the world of climbing is learning how to lead! In this course you will develop skills and concepts required to safely lead climb and lead belay indoors.
This course is 4 hours over 2 days (2+2), and can be booked any day or time but we recommend to have the two days within one week of each other.
Minimum of 2 participants needed.

Our experienced instructors can help you get a grip on any number of different techniques or topics. Book some private instruction when you can't fit into our regularly scheduled lessons or just want some special help.

We consider ourselves a family friendly environment, and encourage families to come in and try climbing as a group. This three hour lesson is similar to our beginner lesson but is directed at making sure both children and parents are comfortable with their new found skills, and we can have children as young as six years old belaying (with parental supervision of course). We generally run this on a weekend afternoon, call for more details.
